I enjoy helping people towards the best version of themselves and finding a healthy, calm and connected way of being. Teaching yoga, meditation and wellness tools to all ages and backgrounds is helpful and supportive at a time when our way of living is having a significant impact on our individual and collective wellbeing.
I’ve been fortunate to have done a lot of different things and in no particular order have -

Qualified as a Yoga teacher (800 hour training – Level 2 & Cert IV at Byron Yoga Centre with John Ogilvie – I’ve been practicing for six years).

Qualified as a Lawyer – UK Bar Exam

Qualified as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach

Attended Buddhist Mindfulness Retreats including at Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village in France and with the Mudita Institute in Northern NSW.

20 years corporate world experience in the legal, resources and communications sectors

Volunteered as a Board Member at the Dogs’ Refuge Home in Shenton Park

Recovered from a severe neck injury – (Yoga has been very instrumental in recovery and beyond)
