About Mark

I enjoy helping people towards the best version of themselves and finding a healthy, calm and connected way of being.  Teaching yoga, meditation and wellness tools to all ages and backgrounds is helpful and supportive at a time when our way of living is having a significant impact on our individual and collective wellbeing.

 

I’ve been fortunate to have done a lot of different things and in no particular order have -

 

  • Qualified as a Yoga teacher (800 hour training – Level 2 & Cert IV at Byron Yoga Centre with John Ogilvie – I’ve been practicing for six years).

  • Qualified as a Lawyer – UK Bar Exam

  • Qualified as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach

  • Attended Buddhist Mindfulness Retreats including at Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village in France and with the Mudita Institute in Northern NSW.

  • Facilitated personal development programs in schools

  • Facilitated wellbeing programs for companies

  • 20 years corporate world experience in the legal, resources and communications sectors

  • Volunteered as a Board Member at the Dogs’ Refuge Home in Shenton Park

  • Recovered from a severe neck injury – (Yoga has been very instrumental in recovery and beyond)
