Yoga for Schools

Anxiety and stress are affecting us more than ever. This is especially true for young people and our teachers, students and schools as places of learning and community.
I teach mindfulness practices and wellness information to reduce and manage stress and anxiety, build resilience and the ability to focus on what is important. These are life tools to support wellbeing which our young people and teachers need. By providing teachers and students with these abilities, I hope to have a positive effect on schools as places of learning and community wellbeing.
Sessions are experiential and provide teachers with useful tools for themselves which can easily be passed on to students. I’m always happy to discuss how a talk or professional development session would help.
I also teach regular yoga classes for teachers.
