Mindfulness practices are a powerful way of returning to the present moment.


I run mindfulness workshops and am happy to talk to you, your organisation or school about how mindfulness practices can be taught and used effectively to reduce stress and increase focus, resilience, productivity, presence and wellbeing.  They integrate beautifully with yoga postures, breathing and meditation practices as yoga is a mindful practice.


I’ve been fortunate to attend Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village Monastery in France twice.  The first time for a personal retreat and the second for a retreat focused on mindful and compassionate leadership and how mindfulness practices are being used in workplaces and schools to bring about positive change and greater wellbeing. Thich Nhat Hanh is a Zen Master, Nobel Peace Prize nominee and has been teaching and writing on mindfulness practices for more than forty years.
