I run yoga workshops and programs to give you greater insight into yoga, health and wellbeing, and mindfulness practices. They help you to get more out of your yoga, increase your connection of body, spirit and mind and to cultivate qualities that you can bring to your practice and into your life.
I aim to deepen your understanding of what yoga is all about in an enjoyable and practical way with real benefits. Yoga workshops and programs are suitable for anyone whether you are starting out on your yoga practice or have been practising for a while.
